Hi everyone, welcome to the course and week 1. The sessions will be broken up into several parts each week, as a general rule we do a "Out in the field" video and then a "Back to the Studio" style video. The challenge for each week is set at the end of the studio videos. You can use the images and inspiration from the adventure video for your art or go out in person to the same places if you have time! Some weeks we will have extra little videos and links, such as this week where we have an introduction video which I will post here.

I will number the sessions Part 1,2 etc to help you find them in the right order. Always remember you can go onto the featured section in the group to find the videos easily as once we get going the page soon fills up with everyones art and links etc, making it hard to scroll back to find a session at times.

As always any questions please ask, or even better come along to the zoom and ask them in person this morning at 10am.

Morning everyone, welcome to this week's video where we travel to just outside Stoke at the lovely Trentham Gardens. I'm sure many of you have been at some point whether its for the garden centre, christmas events or shopping and it's a beautiful place for inspiration. They have the lake, gardens and old buildings within the site so it offers a little bit of something for everyone. We went on a pretty rainy day!
