Through this course, I aim to acquire a range of skills and knowledge that will enable me to create a more effective and engaging learning environment for my students. Specifically, I hope to gain:

Building Vocabulary:

I am interested in learning techniques to improve student's expression of sentences or in all writings. I understand that vocabulary plays an important role here and reading would improve input and exposure to correct use of words however, it's always a challenge to bring the students to read a book and interest them in retaining what they read and comprehend.

Spelling rules:

As the basic principle suggests that spelling is an important aspect of writing language,I would like to polish my knowledge and then gain some in regards to the rules of how to spell a word.

This will really help me help the atypical studnets as well as with Special education Needs.

Grammar:

I would also like to build on my personal grammar skills to be able to better teach my students.
