Although I have been part of a number of advisory boards I did not realize how important until we did our circle of influence at our Haaga_Helia. It then dawned on me the role that networks and the development has on the quality of teaching that we do. Although the main function of the advisory board is to help with curriculum design it I came to the relations that the building and developing of networks also make me grow as a teacher. The discussion I had with many of the of the people in my network made me view the world in a different manner.
