GenY grew up using social media and the Internet and they will making decisions, making innovation and manages projects in workplaces.

The GenY is more eagerness in doing their works. Besides that, they are more excitement in doing their works. They have more excited in doing their work and they will loved to try something new and implemented it.

• New networking tactics
  

Networking is becoming easier, and Millenials have learned to branch beyond their business cards and get creative to reach influential people in industry. While, GenY is more advantage with growing up in this technology, they will most likely find online networking easier.

• Challenging in job hunting
  

Nowadays, too much people who is from Gen Y, it will be a competitive to them to find a job because too much excellent and brilliant people.

The GenY do not afraid of change. They will change job faster than a monkey jumps the branches. Besides they are not loyal with the employers and always change their job easily.

• Detached to the employer
