As a business studies student I am aware that businesses have to be socially responsible and must not cause harm to the environment and the society.

 3. I would use the knowledge I gained from the article to help me in my subjects for instance Business Studies and Sociology. I was not familiar with some things in the article, since i am not a business studies student, but i was familiar about shareholders and stakeholders and their roles in business companies.
2. I learned several new terminologies in business studies as well as a new legal tool called benefit corporation, in which a business considers the interests  of not just the shareholders, but the interests of stakeholders as well.
3. I would prefer to use the article assigned to my group because it has benefits that takes care of the environment and the society.
