Overall, I think the ADDIE model and the ASSURE model are the most closely related. They have a lot of steps that demonstrate similar procedures for teachers. However, they differ a little in specific details. The biggest difference, I feel, is that the ASSURE model requires learner participation, whereas the ADDIE Model doesn't have that as a required step.
The Four Door Model is the least similar to the others because it doesn't follow a specific order of steps that needs to be followed. The Four Door Model allows educators to add different "doors" based on the needs of their students, whereas the ADDIE and ASSURE Models don't really allow for much to be taken out or added.

Overall, I would say this model is very viable in my current organization. The reason I say this is because we currently use a model that is similar. We don't call it the ADDIE, but we do follow similar steps. We start by looking at the unit assessment that has been created by a board of teachers. We determine what needs to be changed on the assessment, but then we plan our units based around the assessment students will complete. We determine multiple pieces of formative assessments before we begin our units as well. Although teachers are free to design their lessons however they please, the assessments that students take are the same across all our 6th grade classes and schools.

I feel that this model is also extremely viable in my learning environment. Just as ADDIE was similar to what we already do, I think ASSURE is also very similar. We do take our students test results and revise what we should be doing. Although we don't revise the unit for those students, we do make notes of how it should be changed for next year. We also require learning participation in our units. I have so many lessons that if students don't respond I can't move on. Overall, I think my learning environment could truly benefit for officially adopting this model of instructional design.

This is the door that I would concentrate on most to incorporate into my classroom.
