Examine how Amey internalises BNG as a core competitive advantage through company strategy, corporate culture and staff training.</p><p>•What commitments and changes must Amey's senior <strong>leadership</strong> undertake to establish BNG as a core value?</p><p>•How should <strong>staff training</strong> be designed to ensure both project managers and engineers understand and embrace the importance of BNG?</p><p>•How does Amey's <strong>annual report and ESG statement</strong> describe its biodiversity efforts? Does this align with BNG's mandatory requirements?</p><p><br></p><p><strong><mark>The Project Management &amp; Operations Team</mark></strong></p><p>•Focus on <strong>Delivered at Scale</strong>.
