They were fed up with the king, so they declared independence. Some pushed for a new constitution, though others opposed. They invaded Peru with their forces. They counter attacked, but in the end the royalists lost. Argentina was independent, though a chunk split off.

Kingdom of Italy

Italy was very separated, many rulers ruling different areas. Some started rebellions, allowing them to take over, making alliances with each other. They would defeat Austria together as well. Garibaldi, owning the bottom portion of Italy gave it over to surround the French in Rome, making the Kingdom of Italy

Germany was far too scattered, many countries in it. During the war with France, they fought together, making them unite to fight Napoleon. This created the German confederacy and eventually they made a united constitution. Though the south wanted to side with Austria and the north wanted to side with Prussia
