         <title>Week 5.  4-2-22</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week I noticed a big difference between week one and week five I could tell the difference between how far I could walk without feeling tired and the health of my diet has changed my mindset was in a better place as I knew how to control myself and I still keep up eating one of my five a day if not more this week was stressful because I started a new job which I didn’t know anything about and I had to learn everything again from scratch so after asking for help multiple times I finally got my head around the situation I managed to settle down a bit more after my shift I would relax and bring my help mental health back better &nbsp;by listening to music and watching my favourite TV programmes</div>]]></description>

I worked nearly every day and went to the gym as well this got tiring and with things happening at home and bills to pay I was getting really really stressed so to cope with this I would listen to music go on little runs and talk to my friends on a scale of one to 10 my stress level that week would’ve been a nine or by surrounding myself with the right people and seeing family and friends and watching TV and doing what makes me happy and relaxed I managed to bring myself to a more stable peace of mind</div>]]></description>

         <title>Week 3- 21-1-22</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In week three my fitness levels were improving due to the length of each exercise I was doing was shortly getting longer week by week my diet was slowly getting better due to cutting out unneeded food and eating healthy this made me see a progress in my gym performance as I was taking in more protein and gaining more muscle quickly on a scale of one to 10 my stress levels was a 8 because I worked a lot of the week but to cope with this I listen to plenty of music and surround myself by people that made me happy and I could have a laugh with which really helps also in addition to this by listening to music it would cheer me up and make it easier for me to sleep at night.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To make an improvement from week one I started adding more onto my exercises and my food for example last week I went for a 10 minute walk where is this week I extended it to 20 minutes. To change my diet I made small changes such as cutting out fizzy pop and fatty foods at college and at home instead I was eating healthy and making sure I was taking in plenty of protein as I was going to the gym on a scale of one to 10 my stress levels this week was a two as it was a very good week for me and I didn’t need to do any stress reduction but as a reduction I listened to lots of music and met up with friends most of the week which cheered me up and made me mentally happy&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week I started off with lots of small pieces of exercise and started eating at least one of my five a day this was good for me because it made me slowly change my routine into something healthier. Throughout the week I was getting stressed due to work but overcome this I would listen to music which would cheer me up and calm me down . On a scale of one to 10 my stress level that week was a five.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the five week plan helped me and help me in certain ways for example I had a guy to follow so I knew what to do on certain days and which would get me through the days I was doing something every single day to make an improvement whereas on the other hand it had a slight sense of pressure to having to complete something every single day. If I was to do the fine we plan again I will change the The way you stress relief as you have to put what you did to relieve stress or what you will do to relieve stress on that certain day whereas when you actually get stressed you don’t think about it or plan to be stressed you just managed to calm yourself down so the changes are improve the sound remove that &nbsp;section and then write an evaluation at the end of the week of why the door week to help with my stress&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
