         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'm discouraged to see that we appear to be losing ground at roughly the same pace in both ELA and math over a three year period. My first thought was that something might have changed with the test or the scoring, but in the comparison data to Roseville, they appear to be making gains at roughly  the same pace. I don't know how to account for that.<br><br>However, according to the "Academic Performance (Detailed Report)" on our Antelope Dashboard Data, ELA has gained +7.9 points and math has gained +12.3 points. How do we reconcile that seemingly contradictory data?</div>]]></description>
