I really liked this lesson plan because because I think it is important for students to understand that there are different families and cultures around the world. Having the opportunity to read a book talking about our world and then having students relate it to their personal lives with a comic strip is a fun and interactive activity. I liked this lesson because I did a wax museum project in elementary school and really enjoyed it. I liked that the students get to be in the wax museum and present what they learned to their classmates. The DI in this lesson was also a good idea with the option for video or audio book.

I think this is the best children's book lesson plan because you can tell that they put a lot of thought and time into it. The lesson plan is organized and has pictures of the book and what the assignments would look like. They have very good questions and explained in detail what the teacher and students will do.

I really liked this lesson plan. I think this is a really fun way to get students exposed to the different members of our communities. I think it is important for students to understand there are so many different roles we can play in the community depending on our strengths and I think the activity group 5 came up with is a really great way for them to be able to visualize it.
