They used some particular vocabulary and grammatical structure to communicate with other people. Business English is more formal and polite compared with the English we speak daily.

Due to the characteristics of English, English is widely used in global. Therefore, businessman, companies, and leader used usiness English to communicate, present, and negotiate with their client and partner. Besides, working knowledge of English is necessary for them to communicate and compete in the global market.

2) Communication skills are important in the workplace because a good workplace communication can increase worker productivity. For example, employees who received the most effective communication from their superior has the highest productivity. Other than that, good communication skills also can reduce absenteeism it is because an effective, honest communication can bind people together.
