Fasting, for example, is difficult for me, but I've found that there are both spiritual and physical benefits to doing so. I made a lot of new acquaintances and learnt how to be a leader and operate as part of a team. On the latest issue, I used a Google form to let my members to vote for the tittle because they all have different preferences for tittles.
