You can make free or low-cost calls locally or internationally.<br><br>Office online is Microsoft’s free version where you get the core of Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Onenote.  However, all the features are not available for free but it is quite in the budget. The basic documentation and editing tools are available on the free version and will suit your needs just fine. Save documents, presentations, communicate, collaborate and get great work done.<br><br>Dropbox Paper is an all in one collaboration tool for businesses as you can work on everything from video and images to code and sound. Dropbox Paper will bring your ideas to life in a document. You can create new docs or edit already existing ones and work in real time with your team. If you have a Dropbox account, you can use Paper for free.<br><br>With OneDrive your team can share can store photos, documents, videos and all file type.  You can store, sync and access your files anytime, anywhere on the web. OneDrive allows you and your colleagues to collaborate with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote from your desktop, mobile device, and the web. Now work seamlessly with tools you use every day to create, communicate and collaborate effectively with your system.<br><br>Pinterest is a simple and social way for occasional browsers , for people who actively share their business blogs, and for those who pined away anything for their leisure to do it in a visually pleasing way. You can organize ideas and inspiration, save articles, visual content and go back to your boards anytime. You can have active boards or boards that are more than to-do lists, to save your favorites.<br><br>Advantages </div><ol><li><strong>Travel Cost savings.<br></strong>The greatest tangible benefit is that of savings and travel costs account for a large chunk of the training budget. Arranging for employees to travel as well as arranging for training session is also a tedious and complicated process – especially when employees today have extremely busy schedules and deliverables within tight timelines. With conferring and other web-enabled collaborative tools, employees do not have to travel for training sessions. That may sometimes limit the level of engagement of the employees in an online meeting. Possibility of Network Failure and Equipment Breakdown<br></strong><br></div><div>Online collaboration might provide a range convenient and efficient meeting options but network failure and equipment breakdown might limit its use. Participating in online collaboration meetings through video conference also requires the use of huge data bundles, which can be limiting to some attendees. Running out of data bundles leads to disconnection from the internet, which bars attendees from participating in collaborative efforts of finding solutions to a project. Meeting interruptions due to any of these reasons may cause a cross-collaboration team to work beyond the scheduled timelines in order to complete the project. That can delay project discussions and subsequently decision making, which might have significant cost implications.<br><br></div><div><strong>3. Language and Cultural Differences<br></strong><br></div><div>The use of online collaboration software has made it easier for companies to bring together employees from different countries to collaborate in a given project. While that might be a good strategy to improve performance, differences in language and culture can limit the engagement of employees working in different regions. That means online collaboration cannot offer meaningful solutions in this case.<br><br></div><div><strong>4. Incidences of Group Think<br></strong><br></div><div>Bringing stakeholders from different departments and region to work together may undoubtedly inspire fresh perspectives on the project. However, there is always the threat of group think, where stronger personalities may take over the discussions, persuade and supplant the ideas of others. Such online collaborations might lead to the bosses believing the outcome is a group effort yet it's something that was agreed upon by a few.
