The characters Lina and Doon are both getting out of school and are getting their jobs. Doon got the job of messenger. Lina got the job of pipework laborer. I like the concept and where the story takes place. I'm not really to far in to give a full review. I think that Doon trying to do something to help out the city was a pretty cool idea. I also liked that Lina and Doon switched jobs and no one really cares.
In a way it reminds me of the Giver. At the end of school you are given a job. It is a pretty short book and an advanced reader will definitely be able to finish this is a day or two.
