The videos also are great if you are looking for sub plans for a sub that doesn't have a lot of gardening  background.

The small group of staff that works there are so helpful and down to earth (literally). There are a lot of resources on their site some were created for distance learning like their Virtual Field Trips of different kinds of gardens, bees, compost, etc. The videos aren't super high quality(you can hear all the background noise) but they are very approachable and led by a diverse group of presenters. There is also good general information about planting and seed resources. They also do in-person field trips if you are in the DC area.

They are based on traditional crafts and nature and culture.  This is particularly perfect for my class which incorporates visual art and gardening.  I would imagine that the projects would be good for garden teachers who want to expand what they do beyond gardening and maybe need more indoor projects for the winter. The site also has a bunch of other garden curriculum resources as well as Gardening information/troubleshooting and interesting publications.
