         <description><![CDATA[<p>Tuesday, November 7</p><p><br></p><p>I am writing this letter to talk about a bad experience I had in one of Zara's stores.</p><p><br></p><p>On October 14, i went to the store to buy clothes for a very important event i had, i went with my mom and my brother, each one went separately to see the clothes they wanted to buy, i started to look at some dresses and suits, but i did not see anywhere the prices of the clothes, and i did not see anyone who could help me, so i was waiting and i went to the other floor of the store and i saw all the people who attended the store.</p><p><br></p><p>When I was there, I approached, but none of them paid attention to me, because they were playing and shouting a lot, it was so noisy that many customers were stunned and annoyed, so I touched the arm of a young man who was there and when he turned around he started to look at me badly, I asked him the price of the things I was looking at and he started to yell at me and tell me "that I was a fool for not knowing how to look at the price of a garment". I felt very bad and all the people started to talk to the young man because he was very rude and with my family we left the store quickly.</p><p><br></p><p>Since that day I was very surprised of the treatment that customers were receiving from the employees of Zara, so with my mom we have sent several emails presenting the complaint we had, but so far we have not received any response, it is very annoying and sad that such a big store have this kind of situations that bother and make any customer feel very bad, sincerely that experience left us with no desire to return to Zara.</p><p><br></p><p>I hope that with this message we can receive some response.</p><p><br></p><p>Sincerely</p><p><br></p><p>Maria José Cuervo Rojas</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Julieta Torres Forero</p><p>Mr. Palacios Vargas Andrés</p><p>Smiling Banana, restaurant</p><p>October 27, 2023</p><p><br></p><p>Dear Mr. David</p><p>I am Writing you because I have a complaint about your restaurant Smiling Banana.</p><p>I know that you have been working very hard to have this restaurant, and it’s a very known and beautiful one, but my experience does not was very complaint. I mean, I went to your eatery with my family to prove all the delicious things that you have in your menu, the people have recommended this place because of the banana lasagna. This restaurant has a lot of options but because of the recommendations I have proved this plate.</p><p><br></p><p>All was normal, it smelled delicious, but I did not expect that a hair would appear inside the banana! I think that a recognized restaurant cannot have this type of mistakes. It was awkward when this hair came out of my mouth. Immediately, I saw the face of the waiter and he saw me with a strange face. Fortunately, no hair appears in my family's food, only in mine, so they could have a good time, but I was thinking about what happened to me.</p><p><br></p><p>The server apologized because of the problem, but he did not do something. The service was great but after this problem I think that they need to cook another plate or make an offer, but no, it was not like this, and I need to pay for the bad experience. I think it is not fair on me and on all the people that have problems with the food.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Catalina Castillo Benitez </p><p>A bad experience in a restaurant&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>I'm writing to complain about a bad experience in a restaurant&nbsp;</p><p>A few days I have a bad experience in a restaurant with my family, we was in wok and we wait for entry of the restaurant like 2 hours, then we order the dinner and when the dinner it was ready, we started to eat but it was everything cold, and the taste it was bad&nbsp;</p><p>when I say to the server the problem, he told me something like ¨we can't do anything because the food is in the table, you test the food so, we can't change the food¨</p><p><br></p><p>I think that was inappropriate because my family was waiting for a good service, and a good experience.</p><p>Then when I saw the faces of my family they was like shocked and furious, the my grandmother say ¨unacceptable¨and repeat the same words like 5 times more,</p><p>my family is so explosive and if it was a little problem they make more big than it is&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;Normally I don't like to generate problems, I like the solutions more but my family is not like that so while they were fighting and arguing and talking to the manager I went and ate a hamburger with my little brother and when I arrived again they had not yet eaten anything.</p><p>I didn't like the situation, it was uncomfortable, but I always like to analyze the situations and if I had been the restaurant I would have proposed to reorder the food and with a discount for inconveniences, but I also understand that dealing with my family is not easy so the best solution for me was to go eat hamburger, anyway no one noticed because they were arguing</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear David,</p><p>I hope this email finds you well. My name is Samuel Agudelo, and I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent bad experience at your restaurant. I have been a loyal patron of David's Restauran for quite some time and have generally enjoyed the exceptional service and culinary offerings. However, my recent visit on 14th November left much to be desired.</p><p><br></p><p>Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention the issue of prolonged wait times. Despite having made a reservation well in advance, my party and I were made to wait for an unreasonably long period before being seated. This delay not only inconvenienced us but also set a negative tone for the evening.</p><p><br></p><p>Furthermore, the service during our meal was subpar. The Server seemed overwhelmed, and it took an excessive amount of time for our orders to be taken. When the food finally arrived, it was not up to the standard we have come to expect. The dishes lacked the usual freshness and attention to detail, and some items were served at an inappropriate temperature.</p><p><br></p><p>I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter further and provide me with feedback on the steps being taken to rectify these issues. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance in the culinary industry, and I trust that David's Restaurants values its patrons' experiences.</p><p><br></p><p>Thank you for your attention to this matter.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Luis Felipe Bernal</p><p><br></p><p>I am writing this letter to report a bad experience in a restaurant with my friends.</p><p><br></p><p>On October 31, They recommended that I go to a restaurant that offered ice cream and different desserts as well as fruit salads. I invited my friends to eat at that place. When we arrived we sat down and everything was fine so far, but They took a long time to serve us and when the waiters served us they did so in a very bad way.</p><p><br></p><p>When our plates of food arrived we realized that there was only one hair on a friend's plate and this seemed very antiquated on the part of the restaurant.</p><p><br></p><p>I would really like to complain about this restaurant about everything that happened to us while we were inside, I would like them to fix all those problems so that there are no more problems in the future with other customers, because I really wanted to have a nice time with my friends.</p><p><br></p><p>I hope this letter helps to improve those mistakes that the restaurant had, thank you very much</p><p><br></p><p>Luis Felipe Bernal.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

This electrodomestic has been presenting many troubles since I bought it.</p><p><br></p><p>When I decided to buy the electric dryer, it was because in the advertisements it said that this electrodomestic took only 60 minutes for the clothes to dry, in addition , said that this would take ambient air, heating it by electrical resistors, which means , hot and dry air , and also says that with this clothes will not shrink , which is a common problem of these electrodomestics.</p><p><br></p><p>So when the company sold me the electric dryer , I was excited to try it , after days , received it and the installers installed the electric dryer , then use it , but at the time of removing the clothes from the electric dryer in the expected 60 minutes , the clothes were wet, so I added 10 more minutes to the dryer, when I took out the clothes were still wet.</p><p><br></p><p>Furthermore my family and I , we were so upset and disappointed of that situation for that reason we decide to write an email complaining about it , but we don’t receive any response from the company , so we continue to experience problems , and we realized that this electric dryer was getting more and more discouraged every day , therefore I turned off this electrodomestics a few days to see if it would work but it was not , this is completely unacceptable.</p><p><br></p><p>I would appreciate it if you could get a reply with this email, because I really didn’t expect anything like this from this great and good company. It is very sad to be in this situation because I have not been able to dry my clothes as I used to for a long time.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Good afternoon</p><p>I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at your clothing store in the "Centro Mayor" shopping center on the afternoon of October 29.</p><p>My initial intention was to find suitable clothes for an upcoming birthday party. However, the atmosphere in his store was far from pleasant. The service I received upon entering was remarkably unhelpful and the staff's lack of enthusiasm when I sought help left a lot to be desired. Not only did this spoil my shopping experience, but it also left my family and I feeling undervalued as customers.</p><p>Furthermore, the general disorder inside the store was noticeable and surprising. Clothes were scattered haphazardly and the fitting rooms were in unhygienic conditions. To make matters worse, a product I purchased was not only dirty but also appeared to be in poor condition. That in my opinion they do not have an established order in maintaining a presentable and well-organized business environment is regrettable.</p><p>Until this incident, I had always associated their store with helpful staff and a pleasant shopping environment. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly changed my opinion. I sincerely hope you can quickly resolve these service and cleanliness issues.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Mariana Lagos Lagos</p><p>To: Isabel Pérez</p><p>A bad experience in a restaurant.</p><p>Hello Isabel, I am writing to tell you about a bad experience in a restaurant on the outskirts of Bogotá.</p><p>I know that this event may only have happened to me and my family, but I am writing to tell you about the situation and be careful if you go to the restaurant, this probably almost never happens, but it happened to me and my family.</p><p>We were on a trip and we were returning to Bogota, but we were very hungry and we hadn't had lunch yet, so we decided to stop at the restaurant "El Rincon Veleño", we had heard many good reviews of the restaurant in terms of its gastronomy, service, prices . and workers.</p><p>When we entered, the attention began to be very bad, since they did not let us enter saying that there were no spaces, and there were many empty tables, after waiting for a while we entered and it took them around 20 minutes to give us the menu, at the time of ordering, the waiter became annoyed and with an attitude of displeasure, we asked for our order, it took 1 hour to arrive, it arrived cold, mixed and even with a hair in the food, at the time of paying the total it was very high for the attention, the food, and the dishes tasted so bad.</p><p>I consider that this situation was very inappropriate for a restaurant with such high prices, it probably doesn't happen to everyone, but in my case and that of my family it was very unpleasant and we would never eat there again, since there are much more options. .          <description><![CDATA[<p>Isabella Ferreira</p><p><br></p><p>I am writing to complain about a bad experience in a restaurant, it was in a restaurant on the out of Bogotá that also has many natural spaces and it happened 3 months ago or so.</p><p><br></p><p>My family and I went to the local restaurant and ordered our food. After ordering the food we waited a long time, more or less 40 minutes and they did not bring the food, after about an hour of waiting they brought two plates of five, but in addition to the fact that they brought them an hour later the plates were cold and they did not bring cutlery . After this we had to wait another 40 minutes or so for the other dishes to be brought, which were also cold. We had to wait about two hours for the food to be brought to us that was cold and without cutlery. In addition to this, we had planned to take a tour. because of the natural spaces of the place and since the meal took so long we had to cancel.</p><p><br></p><p>My family and I were quite outraged by this event so immediately after they finished bringing the dishes and my father rejected the food and demanded a refund because it was unacceptable that they brought us the food two hours later and in addition to this they brought it cold. We went to have a good time seeing nature and eating delicious food and we ended up sitting at a table for two hours waiting for a meal without doing anything.</p><p><br></p><p>About the place I think they should hire more people for the restaurant area, since there were only like two waiters so it would be great if they could do it.
