The 22^nd of December the year before he is in court, at 4 pm, 2 people entered the drugstore 145^th street in Harlem. The two men were Richard (Bobo) Evans and James King ,Steve was with them.Their plan was to rob the drugstore so they could earn some money, but the shop owner who is the victim had a gun and he tried to protect his property, he got killed with his own gun, but it was not suicidal.The victim is Alguinaldo Nesbitt. The person who found Mr .Nesbitt is José Delgado, he got back from getting Chinese food, he came back to the store he couldn’t see mr.Nesbitt, who never leaves the store empty, he went around the counter and saw Mr.Nesbitt dead. The cash register was open and there were 5 catons of cigarettes missing.Steve is in jail while he is not in court, he hates it.
