In the UDL curriculum should we present information and content in different ways?

Strategic networks is the "how of learning" the planning and performing tasks. The ability to organize tasks and express our ideas.This network provides more ways to provide multiple means of action and expression. I would try to differentiate the ways that students can express what they know. 

Affective Networks is the "Why" of learning this design is concerned about how learners get engaged and stay motivated. How would you stimulate interest and motivation for learning.?

UDL provides a blueprint for creating instructional goals , methods and materials that work for everyone.
