Sønæs is park in Viborg, that doubles as a cleaning pond for rainwater. The park has gained a lot of attraction, over the years. A lot of public events have been held there, and some private ones too. The park was built in 2014. Sønæs is a place that you should definitely go to if you visit Viborg.

The old city is Denmark’s market town museum. It is the world’s biggest open-air museum about the market towns culture and history. There are 75 houses from 1500 to 1800 and buildings from 1900. All these from different cities all around Viborg. It opened in 1914. The museum is paced in Aarhus. If you visit The Old City, you can experience how people lived and experience their culture back in the 1900.

Randers Regnskov (or in English Randers Rain forest) is a tropical zoo is placed by the Gudenå in Kronjylland near the center of Randers. The Rain forest opened the 13th June 1996 med two of the domes. Later the South America dome opened in 2003, and the saltwater aquarium opened in 2005. Besides the inside area, there is a kid’s zoo on the other side of the Gudenå. In the rain forest there is over 350 different plant species. There is over 175 animals species in the domes, there is example sloths, venomous snakes, pygmy marmoset and others.

Dollerup bakker is a nature area in Dollerup, with a lot of hills, a sea and a lot of nature. It is a beautiful place. The hills are located at Hald Sø, which is one of the country's deepest lakes. 
Dollerup Bakker is a popular tourist destination for many cyclists and water tourists. From the top of the hills, there is a view of the lake, while on the other side of the hills lies heath as far as the eye can see.
In the hills there is a lot of sheep’s and goats, to make sure that the nature is maintained,
by eating budding trees.

It is 31 meters deep. There comes water in the lake from a lot of different streams. It is a preserved area and on Hald Manor it’s an exhibition about the lake and its surroundings. Or you can go around in the area and look at the beautiful nature.
