I could list a million tiny moments that have contributed to the positive start to the school year. Thank you.

Together we have achieved:

-Three days of professional learning
-Classroom and school learning environments that are calm, clever and optimal for student engagement. SBIS truly feels like a beautiful big family home- safe and welcoming.
-Letters home explaining our teaching and classroom routines.
-Validation packs home and returned.
-Welcomed many new families to our school.
-Celebrated Selina's retirement from classroom teaching.
-Welcomed Polly and Nina to fulltime work this term and Melanie to her ESS role.
-Welcomed Pauline to the Glasshouse and Ben to three-day teaching role.
-We welcomed Andrew Morton to the EFA role and Phoebe to ICT support.
-Nutted out a Seesaw policy for our school and sent home codes.
-Set up timetables that optimise collaboration and best learning outcomes.

And last but not least our commitment to each other to keep our bucket filling moments happening throughout the busy school weeks. I love our staffroom board.

Remember, I am here to support you, I am approachable. Please communicate any challenges no matter how big or small as well as the moments you are proud of.
