         <description><![CDATA[<div>People with Developmental disabilities are often left out of opportunities to be exposed to work. For example, many may not meet the academic requirements for CTE or a diploma. We want to include more in Pre-ETS, transition services, and work based learning experiences to help battle the abysmally low engagement after high school.</div>]]></description>
