Plus there was a earthquake super close to Oregon. That should be a warning that a earthquake or tsunami may hit Oregon and they should build something  to protect the citizen's of Oregon

So I think since organ is very close or even on the plates there will have more earthquakes and tsunamis. They will have earthquakes from the plates shifting constantly. The earthquakes could easily cause a tsunami, causing major damage.
