The first test should take place in the office with everyone being physically present. This way everyone can be walked through the new system and any issues that arise can be dealt with immediately. The second test should take place virtually, with everyone in the location that they would most likely be conduction their weekly meetings. This will allow employees to test their internet connections and ensure that they know how to perform all of the necessary steps to have a successful online meeting. 

There are a couple other steps that need to be done before implementing Facebook Live virtual meetings
1. Each employee needs to test their internet connection
2. Each employee needs to set up a Facebook account
3. Meeting administrator needs to create a how-to manual on using Facebook Live, replaying meetings, leaving comments, making meetings private, and uploading presentations
4. Meeting administrator needs to send Facebook invitations to employees about meetings with dates and times attached
5. Meeting administrator needs to keep track of who attended the meeting and who was absent
