Tackling discrimination and providing equality in classroom is the foundation to this ladder.

2) Friendship: This increases the bond between students, they rely on each other much more. Also it leads to a better adaptation in society which strengthen unity.

3) Honesty: This one is also backbone of the unity and friendship. Raising honest citizens leads government to take more healthy decisions especially in critical times.

4) Self-control: It lets learners to improve controlling their behavior in accordance with their goals so that they do not respond critical situations negatively. With the help of this they achieve their goals in a more sensible way.

5) Patience: Long-term decisions create different milestones in students life. They make different choices in different times of their education life. Ability to detecting right time comes with patience so, students lower their chance of choosing wrong investments. But most importantly, it increases students ability to overcome challenging situations with more flexibility.

6) Respect: Classrooms consist of many different students in terms of culture, ethnicity, age, sex and socio-economic class. Raising students who are respectful each other's differences creates more trustful and safe environment. In addition to that, they need to learn to respect their own values as well as their teachers, older ones and tasks.

7) Love: It is easy to teach elemantal skills. However, to take learning beyond next level love needs to be there so that students learn their lessons and life with passion. When they become older citizens of this country they can transfer this same passion and emotion to upcoming ones. Without a doubt, love brings patience, support and compassion in education.

8) Responsibility: To achieve goals that government set. Students should also know being respectful to their duties, teachers, elders and their nation, thus they will be more successful in their upcoming life. Also, they can compete with overwhelming situations and do not give up easily.

9) Patriotism: Being an individual in a society not enough on its own. To strenghten society and raising people who love their homeland make them united and allow them combine and share their knowledge power against threats.

10) Helpfullness: Again, to construct a strong community we should raise our students as helpful individuals. Positive side is not only helping someone, it also make helper happy and healthier mentally. Besides listening and speaking, language skills are also promoted. Pilot schools are created so that students in those schools will be taught intense English lessons. Applied root values (values education) are beneficial for both students and our country. However, there are some inconsistency especially in English Language Teaching Program. For example even in 2017, lesson hours of English is very short. They started pilot schools with intense English education but it is not enough. It could have been done way before.
