Economy:

Globalization has been a huge factor in South Korea’s growth and economic success. Modern South Korea is a leader in many industries, from technology and automobiles to music and entertainment. Samsung is one of the famous companies supporting the country’s globalization with its partnerships with other countries. Last year, Samsung announced collaboration plans with DreamWorks Animation in the U.S. to jointly produce 3-D televisions. (Dixon, 2011)

Cultural :

The expansion of South Korean pop culture have change some other Asian country's culture. The main example here is Indonesia, which has been influenced by movies, music, style of dress of South Korea which made the Indonesian culture changed and replaced. Also, more likely they tempted to switch to Buddhism which is the mostly spread religion in Korea. (leonardo, 2014)

Ecological:

Climate change, which is originates from global warming, has a huge impact on weather and our daily lives. This year, during South Korea’s rainy season, rain patterns have changed. In addition, our winter is getting shorter, while the summer is getting longer. Looking at all these factors, I could say that these are some of the symptoms of climate change. The damage to our farms are accelerating each year because of these factors. (Kim, 2009)

Political:

South Korea participates in several international organizations such as United Nations. which leads to respect other parties and prevent conflict between countries. (Politics of South Korea, 2016)

In South Korea the political system of the country is the Authoritarian theory. The Authoritarian theory developed in Europe after Gutenberg. Aristocracy had the control what information be printed . In South Korea, Media people cannot produce things against the government. So the Media is controlled by the government. Government censorship affect the information that it published through the Press or media generally, in which journalists cannot right information or comment against the government unless if they are righting things without criticizing the government. The factors that affects this is mainly related to the government policies and control. So we can see that people have limited speech, and they should not say any word to criticize the government because there will be ended by a criminal charging. For example, In 2004, a South Korean court fined a student 1.5 million won for posting cartoons of national political figures. This cartoons mocked the political figures, which violated the electoral law (Plaza, 2015).

The series is a Historical epic talks about a real woman's life was the first to be allowed to be a doctor for "royal family" in history and the first to use surgical treatment in the East history. " Dae Jang Geum " television series shows much of the wealth in the decor, clothing accessories, archaeological sites, ancient palaces that were able to attract the attention of people around the world to Korea where Korean history and civilization. The series gave a full picture of Korean cuisine and types of property cuisines that represent delicious Korean cuisine and it is an important image in world cultures Food and methods of preparing it is a major component of the cultures of nations. One of the important issues is also representing the status of the women in Korea in the past and their place in society at that time. Korean society maintaining a strict ritual Privacy especially in dealing with women, we see from the series a long dress and a loose does not show temptation or depravity which is a very important point in the eastern mentality in general and the women in her talk to the man lower her head and does not contact directly with the eyes, but in the series as we can see that the actress shows something of modesty. Also, the women cannot take any leadership positions at that time. But her mainly job is to work in the royal kitchen and take care of serving the food. In addition, the series show the image of the kings in their kingdom, and how kings was not able to give orders by them self, but there were a number of ministers who give them the chance of accepting or rejecting orders. Overall, the series shows a real Korean life that was in the past, and how women were treated before by the society. The series a produced by MBC Corporation, it is a public broadcaster, control by the government. So, this could affect the way of presenting the story in which the government can hide some of the pictures of real stories that government were look like before in the past.(Dae Jang Geum, 2017)

Note: I have seen this series before, so some of the information I wrote it by myself
