         <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear Manager of Almacenes Siman.</p><p><br/></p><p>I am writing to complain about a refrigerator I bought in Almacenes Siman La Gran Via on May 20th 2024.</p><p><br/></p><p>When you delivered and installed the product in my house, everything was fine: the refrigerator was working properly.  2 days later I filled the refrigerator with food from the supermarket and the next day the refrigerator was making a horrible noise.  When I opened the refrigerator, it wasn't working properly and all the food was ruined.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear manager of Almacenes Siman.</p><p><br/></p><p>I am writing to you to complain about a video game that I purchased at Almacenes Siman La Gran Via on May 23, 2024.</p><p><br/></p><p>When they delivered the product to me and I installed it on my Play Station console, the console recognized it, but the next day it asked me for an update to be carried out, but without doing so, it did not recognize the CD.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear Manager Of Almacenes Siman.</p><p><br/></p><p>I am writing to complain about a smart tv i bought in almacenes siman metrocentro san salvador on may 31th 2024.</p><p><br/></p><p>when you delivered and installed tv Upon  setting up and attempting to use the smart TV, I discovered multiple troubling issues that have greatly impeded its functionality and my overall viewing experience. Firstly, the screen displaying abnormal colors or lines, frequent freezing or crashing of apps, inability to connect to Wi-Fi or other devices. These issues have made it nearly impossible for me to enjoy the intended features and benefits of the smart TV, rendering it essentially unusable. </p><p><br/></p><p>I kindly request your support with the return of the cash, which is 700 dollars, which is the price paid for the TV at a cash price.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear Sir or Madam,</p><p>I am writing to lodge a complaint about a major problem with a product I recently purchased from your Almacenes Siman store located on Avenida Escalon in San Salvador.</p><p>On May 25th, 2024, I purchased a Blusmart 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV (model BS5501) for $599.99 from your store. Unfortunately, within just 2 weeks of use, this brand new television has already developed a serious defect in the display.</p><p>Specifically, there is now a darkened vertical line running down the entire right side of the screen. This line appears to be caused by a hardware failure, as it is a permanent line that does not go away regardless of the input source or content being displayed. Needless to say, this major flaw completely ruins the viewing experience on what should be a top-of-the-line 4K television.</p><p>I am extremely disappointed in the poor quality and rapid failure of this Blusmart product after such a short period of use. As the purchaser, I should be able to expect much better longevity from an expensive electronics item like this.</p><p>To resolve this matter, I am requesting either a full refund of the $599.99 purchase price, or an exchange for a brand new replacement 55" 4K television of the same model. I have enclosed my original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.</p><p>I look forward to your prompt response to address this issue and provide reasonable compensation. On February 29th 2024, I bought a Smart TV Xiomi A50 from Almacenes Siman at La Gran Via. Unfortunately, the product has not met my expectations due to the following issue(s):</p><p>"The item stopped working after just two days of use. The display screen is malfunctioning and the buttons are unresponsive."</p><p>Given the nature of the problem and the inconvenience it has caused me, I am requesting a full refund or a replacement product. I believe that as a valued customer, it is only fair to receive a product that functions properly or to have my money returned if the product is defective.</p><p>I have enclosed copies of my receipt and any other relevant documents for your reference.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear sir or madam, I am addressing the competent customer service people.   </p><p> On March 2 I made a purchase of a real estate item, I bought a living room set.  To begin with, the delivery of the item was not on the stipulated day, but rather I had to wait a week for the item to arrive. At the time my item arrived, I realized that the base of the furniture was broken. I went to the Siman warehouse to make my claim. and no one could help me, they told me to write a letter to customer service from the date this happened to the day now, almost a month has passed. I need a solution since it had a warranty and you don't want to take charge, so please, I need you to Let's reach an agreement as soon as possible or they will change the item or I need a refund of my money.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear Technology Department at Almacenes Siman,</p><p><br/></p><p>I am contacting you through this medium because a few days ago, to be exact, three days ago, I purchased a Samsung Smart Watch at your physical store. Before using it, I read the instruction manual to understand how to use the user interface and other necessary information for the complete understanding and initial operation of the product. Everything was going perfectly until a problem arose where the small screen of the watch has frozen, not responding to any button, and since it is also touch-sensitive, it does not react to any kind of touch either. I am not sure what the problem is; it could be the screen, some internal module with a manufacturing defect, or it could be anything else.</p><p><br/></p><p>I have tried to contact your technical support team via the call center, but I am only redirected to other people, and none of them have been able to provide the necessary assistance. The product is still under warranty as it has not even been a week since the purchase.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Dear Manager of Almacenes Siman.</p><p><br/></p><p>I am writing to formally complain about a cellphone I purchased from Almacenes Siman La Gran Via on June 4th, 2024. While the initial purchase seemed satisfactory, significant issues arose shortly thereafter.</p><p><br/></p><p>Two days after buying the cellphone, I noticed it was overheating excessively and the battery life was extremely poor. Additionally, the phone would randomly shut down, making it impossible to use it reliably. I attempted to resolve this issue by contacting your customer service call center. Unfortunately, despite making ten calls, I received no response.</p><p><br/></p><p>Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of $350, which I paid in cash.
