They were many things to do on the ship. The people played games, dancing, relaxing and a nice place to eat. The children could go swimming in a pool. The people seemed all nice and were socializing with each other.

2. This is surprising to me because the people normally look sad. The people don't seem to be getting yelled at by a dictator. The images don't show any military forces taking people away. The images don't show people working, they are relaxing and having a good time.

They played many games, they got a swimming pool, and they had a very fancy looking restaurant in the boat. People were dancing and they had a party. I’m surprised that the Germans didn’t do anything to the Jews and didn’t mind about anything they were doing. The Germans were actually nice to them.
