Well...This is converting numbers
BTW you cant really convert number if you don't understand what place value is... 
So basically, you have this kinda number  
123456 
And you want it to... for example 
Convert it with 10 
How many zeros does 10 have?
(its so easy) ITS ONE 0! 
So we go we go in 1 space 
So it would it be 12345/6
So there is 12345 groups of 10 
If it was 100 you go in 2 spaces 
So it would be... 1234/45 
1234 groups of 100 and a separate group with 45.
