Then, I grabbed her hand and signed my name by using two hand-manual. After introduction, she told me that she wants my help in doing her laundry. So, I took the consumer near to her laundry basket. The basket was pre-sorted of dirty clothes, I stretched her arm and made touch of her hand with laundry basket, she felt the laundry basked and picked it up on her own. After that, I helped her, working as a sighted guide in taking her to the laundry room. After entering the laundry room, again I helped her in making a contact with washing machine by hand on hand (sight assistance). The consumer herself find the machine window and opened it and filled it with her dirty clothes and then closed it. 

Then I helped her in reaching the detergent by stretching her arm towards the detergent bottle. She picked and opened the cap and then filled the detergent tray, I gave her a tactile cue by tapping on her shoulder to let her know that the tray is full. After that, there were already braille labels of different washing cycles and water temperature on the machine. The consumer first felt the labels and then selected the washing cycles and temperature by herself and she pressed the start button which was also labeled by a big bump sticker. She felt the machine vibrations which indicated that the machine has started and after that she left the laundry room.

- IV bring her to the washing machine using sighted guide, the consumer using tactile senses uses the machine (braille labels) to setup the washing cycle and temperature of water.
- IV stretched consumer's arm to reach the detergent and they picked it up, using hand on hand (slight assistance) the consumer made the effort to pour it in the detergent tray of the washing machine.

So, I also explained to her that, I also like doing my laundry and keeping my clothes cleaned. The consumer gave me a big smile. I think the consumer liked my hobby and after that she kept telling me about her likes and dislikes, which helped me in knowing her better.
