         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>INGREDIENTS:<br></strong>°Some grape leaf<br>°500g rice<br>°Some olive oil<br>°Spices<br>°Chopped parsley<br>°Chopped tomatoes<br>°Chopped peppers<br><strong>RECIPE:<br></strong>1. Clean the leafs and rice.<br>2. Boil the grape leaf.<br>3. Add all of them into the rice and mix. <br>4. Put the mixture on the leaf and wrap it.<br>5. Wrap it 10-15 node like this.<br>5. Cook the 45-55 minutes. <br>6. Serve it with yoghurt. Bon Appetit!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br>1 yoghurt<br>1 cucumber<br>2-3 cups of water<br>garlic<br>some sunflower oil<br>salt<br><strong>Directions:</strong><br>1. Put the yoghurt in a bowl and then add some water<br>2. Stir yoghurt and water in a mixture<br>3. Chop the cucumber and and it to the mixture<br>4. Add a clove of garlic and some salt<br>5. Tarator is ready, it's also called summer soup and it's nice to have it in the hot summer days!!!<br>6. Enjoy your meal!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients:<br>500 g fine dough sheets&nbsp;<br>4 eggs<br>&nbsp;250 g white cheese&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;1 glass of yogurt&nbsp;<br>1/2 glass of sunflower oil or butter.<br><br>Directions:<br>1. Crumble the cheese and mix it<br>&nbsp;with the yogurt.<br>2. Add the eggs.<br>3. Add fat of your choice (oil or butter).<br>4. Shake the filling well.<br>5. Flatten out the sheets and smear with some oil.<br>6. Spread a part of the filling evenly on the entire sheet.<br>7. Roll the sheet.<br>8. Arrange the ready rolls in a tray in the shape of a spiral.<br>9. Coat the banitsa with butter and bake it in an oven until it looks golden.<br>10. After baking, the banitsa shall be cut into pieces.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;It can be eaten hot, as well as cold. It is usually served&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;with yogurt.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>2 cups of mediium grained couscous<br>water<br>salt<br>olive oil<br>For the sauce:<br>1 chopped onion<br>1 plum tomato<br>1/4 cup of dried chickpeas soaked in water overnight<br>4 small potatoes<br>3 small carrots<br>fish or lamb<br>How to prepare it:<br>1- Wash the couscous in hot water<br>2-&nbsp; spread the couscous in a large shallow pan and pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over it<br>3- Pour the couscous into the top&nbsp;<br>part of couscoussier and steam for 15 minutes<br>4-In a large saucepan, add oil and&nbsp; the chopped onion and halved tomato with the salt and cover it.&nbsp;<br>5- Add the chickpeas and the vegetables on medium heat for one hour.<br>7- you can aslo add some garlic<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>youyou<br>Ingredients:<br>*For the dough:<br>-400g of flour.<br>-50g of powdred sugar.<br>-4 eggs.<br>-1 packet of vanilla sugar.<br>-1 packet  of baking powder.<br>-2 tablespoons of orange blossom water.<br>-4 tabelspoons of oil.<br>-1L of cooking oil.<br>*For the syrup:<br>-500g caster sugar<br>-1/2 of lemon juice<br>-zestes of an orange <br>-3 tablespoons of honey<br>-400ml of water<br>Preparation:<br>    step1:  Prepare the syrup by pouring the sugar, lemon and orange zest and water into a sauce pan and heat over low heat for a few minutes, stirring well. When the liquid starts to bubble, add the honey and mix well. Continue cooking for 5 minites until the syrup thickens.<br>    step2: In a bowl, pour the sugar, the oil, the vanilla sugar, the orange blossom water, the yeast and the eggs and mix them until the youyou dough is homogeneous.<br>      step3: Pour the flower little by little and whisk the dough at the same time so that the mixture is done well.<br>       step4: Flour your worktop and place the dough on it. Spread it with a rolling pin to form a cake about 1cm thick.<br>       step5: Cut the youyou dough into circles using a cookie cutter and make a small hole  in the middle to form the donuts.<br>        step6: Then heat the oil in the fryer of skillet and fry the youyou until they swell to become like gold.<br>        step7: Drain them in a colander and let them cool in a dish covered with absorbent puper towels.<br>        step8: Then plunge each yoyo in the syrup. Drain a little and put in the serving dish.  <br><br></div>]]></description>
