It is not lined up properly. When the blue triangle is one top we can see its line straighter. The two triangles are not similar triangles. I tried SSS and AA but they are not similar. 
AA:
First triangle : tan x = 2/5 it is rounded to about 21.8 degree   
Second triangle: tan x = 3/8 it is rounded to 20.6 degrees 
SAS/SSS:
2/5 is not equal to 3/8
