Se investigan diferentes modelos pedagógicos de educación en el mundo apoyados por las tecnologías de información y comunicación (tic) y su impacto para crear un modelo de aprendizaje virtual para la educación superior de Colombia en tecnología WEB 2.0 .

Se utilizo una investigación teorica y aplicada, cualitativa y cuantitativa, bajo la modalidad de estudios descriptivos y correlacionar. El modelo de  implementación se valido en dos cursos académicos.
