The baby is crying and seems to be under distress. The young child seems to be having fun misbehaving, which could be a call for attention. The toddler appears distracted and is not being paid attention to. The dad seems very stressed, worried, and overwhelmed. The mother appears stressed and like she may be running late, almost frantic-like.

Both parents seem very stressed out in this scenario, the mom is leaving for a work trip and the dad is taking care of the baby. In the view of empathy it seems as if the parents are neglecting not only their children, but their relationship, their house, and their pets. Both of the parents are super stressed so we assume that they would be snappy and short with their children adding on to the picture of neglect. The kids communication reflects their parents communication, which seems sporadic. The kids are running around and looking very dishsheveled. It seems as if all the people in the picture are stressed, and the children are acting out for attention, and this could directly relate to their actions in school and with friends and their community.

mom's perspective: she is rushing to get out of the house for a conference, her career is more important to her now. House is a mess, and dad is not doing enough.

dad's perspective: dad is properly a stay-at-home dad, struggling to take care of the children and mom is not helping.

both parent's perspective: the grass is always greener on the other side, dad envied mom and vice versa

child's perspective: I can do whatever I want, and dad doesn't care what is happening. This behavior can transcribe to when she starts school and cause problems in the classroom.

Contextual factor: From looking at the picture, it looks like dad had a career and left it after mom graduated to give her the chance to pursue her career. Parents probably argue a lot.
