Duncan passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 of a stroke at the age of 82. She was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico when she was an adult. Lois's daughter, Kaitlyn, was murdered in New Mexico.
