         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>To have is an irregular verb that means “to have” or “to have.” It is also used as an auxiliary verb in the formation of perfect tenses, such as the past perfect simple or the past perfect continuos.<br><br>The verb to have is used to express a restriction with the structure have to + infinitive. In this case, its use is similar to must: I have to go to the bathroom. = I have to go to the bathroom.</strong></div>]]></description>
