Understanding different types of data and how they can be utilized is sometimes challenging for teams- especially beyond the facilitator/coach level (who tend to understand it well). Using simple systems (ECSWIS) has been spectacularly helpful.

We share BIR data with our teaching teams each month so they can see their ow data and brainstorm ideas and strategies to decrease the number of BIRs.

Real life examples from programs who are doing Tiers 2/3 and their experiences (both the positives and the challenges) with getting this up and rolling.

Training on how to encourage teachers who are not implementing program correctly or buying into the program at all.

Would folks be interested in an off-site lunch or dinner where we could have a formal "ceremony?" For those teams not able to attend in person, perhaps a virtual celebration?

This would be a lot of work for someone, but a video montage with photos/video clips from programs could be awesome!

Not a fan of the change. Sounds more complicated. But I completely understand it is probably beyond your control.

Idea: The Program Wide could somehow get together or Zoom, instead of being with SW.

More in person events. More around PBC and PTR-YC. These trainings have been offered in the past but I haven't seen them offered recently. I know there was the virtual PTR-YC in the fall, but the 2 day in person training was really beneficial when I did it.
