In this section of the federalist papers are explaining what they need to do in order to unite as one. It puts in 2 ways one that sounds worse than the other in order to sound more convincing but both mean the same thing. The first way put it in terms of removing all rights and liberty of the people while the other put it in nicer terms that explains that they should all be willing to have the same opinions and thoughts in regards of the government. The writing also explains that as people forming their opinions based on how they want government then this idea of separation and individuality will continue.

One of the main points that we found from the document was that if man didn't make immoral mistakes then there wouldn't be a need for a government. We agreed with this thought because we felt that people should be monitored for the safety of others.Another thing that we felt was important was "the great difficulty lies in this: you first must enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place obligate it to control itself..." We decided that his meant getting people to agree with a system that would govern them would be difficult. We also felt that it would be a struggle for the government to hold itself accountable for its own actions.
