         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; L'analyse de l'ADN permet d'identifier un individu.&nbsp;<br>Afin d'identifier un individu, on utilise les empreintes génétiques (= échantillon infime contenant des cellules humaines, sang, salive, peau...) que l'on réalise par PCR, réaction en chaîne polymérase. (= méthode d'identification d'ADN, à partir de la réalisation d'empreintes génétiques. Qui commence par&nbsp; l'extraction de l'ADN, puis sa purification, l’étude des nucléotides,multiplication des sites, enfin un teste du code génétique est établi pour repérer la moindre différence entre individu.) L’électrophorèse est une technique permettant de trier les segments d'ADN en fonction de leur longueur lors de la réalisation d'empreintes génétiques.</div>]]></description>
