Dr. Pagavalan, a certified medical doctor from Malaysia. His blogs are inspiring. He provides many different blogs, from qualifications to join medical programe to jobs availaibility in the future. He has great experience being a medical doctor that he would like to share among others. His insights has let many SPM leavers to consider their choice of careers. For those who wanted to be medical practitioners, he inquires the purpose of them choosing medical careers. He stated, "If it is for guaranteed job and money, then I am afraid, you may be dissapointed. If it is for passion than you may be able to put up with all the frustration that comes along the way". He, as an experienced medical doctor believes that having passion and interest will keep us strong along the years working as a doctor. Money and job vacancy will not make one be successful working as a medical practitioner.

Dr. Pagalavan also introduces us into the world of medical pratitioners including the law that has been applied and the depressing sides of being a doctor. This could help young generations to reconsider and find the best career to pursue based on their preference.
