         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teacher attitude in a classroom is the Key ingredient that determines learning in the classroom.  A high energy teacher that is excited about the subject, and who is able to share that excitement with the students creates an environment where learning takes place.  When Hal Urban, a highly effective expert teacher used to hand out assignments to his students, and one of them would say, “Do we have to do this?”  his answer was always, “No!  You don’t HAVE to do this, you GET to do this!”  Eventually, students started thanking him for allowing them to do the assignments.  His excitement about the lesson was infectious to the students. <br>KMH</div>]]></description>
