This book is a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. It will make you laugh and cry, as any good book should! 
It’s about an 11 year old boy who is a foster child. He is tired of being moved around and wants to find a place he can call home. So he invents, the Perfect Parent Project!

When I taught Y6 one of my highlights of the year was reading "There's a Boy in the Girls' Bathrrom" by Louis Sachar as our Class Reading Book. It's a really funny book about a boy who finds it hard to fit in, hard to make friends and hard to work out where his place in the world is. That all starts to change when he meets a new teacher at his school. The book always made the class (and me!) laugh and I would definitely recommend you try it out!

Like all the series it follows a boy (Harry Potter) who tries to overcome the evil power and the spiteful, full off hatred Voldemort. This book is the Final one when Harry battles Voldemort for the power of good against evil.

I have read this book so many times and could keep reading it over and over. This story is suitable for all age ranges and I can assure you, you are going to love it just as much as me!
The Gruffalo is all about a mystery creature  and a mouse and their journey through a deep dark wood. On their journey they meet several different animals. Which animals do you think they will meet? and what animal do you think this mysterious animal could be? 
My favourite part of the story is when the mystery creature and the mouse meet. 
The illustrations in this book are awesome!

Mr Big is having trouble making friends.  Then one day he finds something special in a shop that changes his life.  
Some people may enjoy the cartoon style illustrations.  I like the way the author uses and sets out his words on the page. 
This is a quick, easy read but the message will stay with you long after you have finished reading the book.

I think it is a great book and has some really good bits. If you like sci-fi this is the book for you.
