My expectation for this training are to be able to learn various of aspects in terms of company especially the account. I am able to learn the technicality. Were able to troubleshoot the ticket of the guests. I can enhance how to handle the guests correctly, so they were able to stay us for long and we will be part of their adventure. The Trainor was so far so good. We were able to do activities and all of us engaged to the specific activity given. And hoping he won't get tired of assistant us throughout the journey. With the help of my Trainor and teammates I am expecting to gain a lot of knowledge about the Royal Caribbean International's Cruise policies, Do's and Don'ts of the Cruise with a lot of engagement with my teammates. My co-trainee and my Trainor will be engaging and challenging that at the end of the course will mold me into another level of learning that will equip me with my job.
