The first thing I would do as a leader is to listen to understand what people do and what their pain points are. After that I'd create a vision and sell that vision to drive the change. The next goal ist to get a quick win.

I would be a leader who aims to give purposes or suggest advantages to the employee since they will use new technologies shortly. Based on the organization, in my opinion, to be able to transform an organization, you have to know that organization well, not only how their business works but truly understand the organization's employees, like their strengths and weakness.

However it should always be clear who is in charge in case an executive decision has to be made.
As a team lead the mistakes of the team will fall back on me so I will expect my team to give there best. This does not mean that failiures are not allowed but they should be learned from. I would expect an open communication with my team: if anybody can not handle there workload there usually is always a way to get around that and divide the tasks in a new way but things like these should be openly communicated.

The tone are usually set positive when the background circumstances are also positive. However, in teams where circumstances are less than ideal, there may be negative instances. Yes, I try to set a positive tone whenever I can. However this is not always the case. I want the group to be able to adapt quickly. They should be able to switch from fun mode to work mode. They should also be open to suggestions and not afraid to ask for help or feedbacks.

Management personnel needs to be reachable at the available at more time then normal employees. Sometimes a business decision involving management can not wait until everybody is back from summer vacation or meetings have to be set up with the office on the other side of the world. For this the management is generally very well compensated.

From normal employees I would expect them to be at the group meetings but otherwise they could choose their own working hours.

Resonant leadership is hard to apply within the Thai/Asian community because of the customs that are present within the community. The barrier that persists between a leader and co-workers are still too high and it is very hard to break through thus, making connections harder to develop.
