1. Due to your history with foreign policies, how would you have handled the Ukraine-Russia situation?

Well, as one could see through out my presidency, before I resorted to any form of aggression I tried my absolute best to reach a diplomatic agreement. A good example of a time in which i did this is during the massacre that occurred in china during my presidency. Obviously it was a horrendous thing that their government did at the time, but due to my extensive experience in foreign affairs i knew that going to war with China was not a smart thing to do. So sanctions and obviously expressing my disgust at the event was suitable. It may have been seen as a sign of weakness by many but it ultimately lead to the relationship we are currently in with China. So aside form Obama's empty threats toward Russia which i feel are futile and could lead to more problems than anything else, he is handling the situation quite well. However, i would see the annexation of Crimea as legitimate due to their use of democracy to decide what was best for them.

2. How did you come up with the ADA and did you ever expect it to have such a big impact on the US?

To be honest, i just wanted equality for all! (Laughs) I was tired of the discrimination in our nation toward the impaired, grant it that it wasn't COMPLETELY out of hand nor wide spread but it was there, An employer could easily decide to not give a handicapped person a job because of their condition. I believe that if all men are created equal than ALL are equal. Not just Blacks and Whites but also those of which are less fortunate than others in certain ways. Also, many places were't what we now call "Accessible". So a person in a wheel chair may not be able to experience the same things a non-handicapped person could because of a few stairs. It wasn't fair and I am very pleased with how it turned out. And i was really hoping it'd turn out the way it all did.

3. Why was it important to form NAFTA?

I believed, and still do, that the Americas should work together in order to ensure the productivity of our countries. Before NAFTA either of the countries in North and Central America could set the prices of our goods as we pleased. It wasn't issue for a while until the prices for the goods we were buying from each other were VERY over priced. NAFTA would be an agreement between the U.S., Canada, and Mexico to set prices for the goods being traded as well as promote and provide a means of trading over our borders peacefully and efficiently as well as protect the goods. Also, it would implement a set of laws so that IF the countries ever found themselves in a dispute over goods, there would be a protocol in place in order to ensure a diplomatic conclusion to the events.

4. What made you think pardoning the 6 people involved in the Iran-Contra Affair at the end of your term was a good idea?

Well the six people i pardoned hadn't gone through appeals or been convicted of breaking the law. So there was no wrong in doing what i did. But i saw in them what many other Americans saw in them as well which was patriotism. They did what they believed was best for their country under the eyes of their superiors. They freed hostages from Iran as well as fund an anti-socialist regime in Nicaragua. And although they were acting behind congress's back, under the orders of president Reagan, they fought for diplomacy and freedom.

5. How would you have dealt with the tensions with North Korea?

Why have a military and not use it? (laughs) Now don't get me wrong, going to an all out war with North Korea would not have been my first choice but i would have definitely mobilized U.S. troops into the area and into battle ready positions. Security for the world as well as the people of the United States is something i take very seriously having served in WWII. Any threat should be treated as though it is immanent and possible and most definitely not taken lightly. Sanctions and such would happen first of course but soon after the latter would most deffinately have occured.

Thank you for your time Mr. Bush.

It was a pleasure to be here.
