         <description><![CDATA[<div>Fruits, vegetables, natural drinks are examples of foods I think are healthy. I'm not someone who drinks a lot of water, but I'm doing my best to improve it. I sleep for about 6 to 7 hours every night. I go to the gym twice a week, and although I don't practice any sport, I go to places on foot most of the times. As a kid, I didn't like fruits, but as a teenager, I've learned to introduce them in my eating habits. Fruits such as bananas, apples, oranges, strawberries and grapes are my favorites.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I eat some healthy food, like fruits, vegetables, rice and beans - these two I eat every day, peanuts, tapiocas... I also drink a lot of water during the day, it's something very important to me. My sleeping isn't that healthy tho, I sometimes sleep well, but that's not a strong habit I have.  I do my pilates twice a week and I'm constantly practicing exercises, but I don't go to the gym. I used to practice volleyball, but I cannot do that right now because of the pandemic. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>I eat a very good amount of vegetables and fruits every day.&nbsp; I drink at least a liter and a half of water a day. But I eat many chocolate yet (I will change that, I swear! hahaha). I sleep for about 6 hours&nbsp; every night, but I don't sleep very well, I admit it.&nbsp; I don't go to the gym, but I do pilates and ride my bike every week, a few months ago I trained at home, I want to get back to this habit.</em></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think I'm a healthy person. Every morning I try to eat some fruit. At lunch and dinner, I always eat vegetables, I rarely drink soda, I always try to drink water or natural juice. I sleep about 6-7 hours every night. I don't go to the gym, but I go to my soccer practice three times a week. I've always liked fruits and vegetables, so I eat them every day.</div>]]></description>
