The Education Inspection Framework was adopted in 2015, and it required Ofsted to include the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 and the Personal, Social, and Emotional Development (PSED), including learning needs. Ofsted highlights the need for an ambitious curriculum that fulfils the expectations of learners with SEND.

That includes development coaches, as we are the ones that work closely with our ,earners and will understand their needs. We  have the responsibility to complete the reasonable Adjustment forms before they enter EPA.

This will be sent to our end-point assessment organisation.
