* Dependability- Students should be able to depend on you to show up, know your content, and be there when needed.
*Patience- While some students may connect with the content instantly some students may not even on the 2nd and 3rd try. You should be patient enough that your student can express their confusion while knowing they won't get yelled at or embarrassed.
*Adaptable- Teachers should be able to read the room academically and emotionally and adjust accordingly. For example if the energy in the classroom seems off they should be able to play music or do something that she knows will grab his/her students attention and get the ready to learn.
