My name is Lina and i am going to share some things about myself. I am from Tunja also I am a student, I am single also i do not  children. I am 22 years old also i am a business administration student  also I go for a walk with my family.

I live in Tunja, there is I live with my parents and my brother. I live in my own house, however I live in the city of Tunja in the José Antonio Galán neighborhood in a first-floor house, which is located on the main street, however, there is a four-story house on the right side, there is also a Lot in front of my house.

I wake up at six in the morning then breakfast at seven in the morning, after that I have fruit , eggs and chocolate sometimes I get to work walking. then lunch at one in the afternoon,  soup and dry. after that  I get home at seven in the evering, After work i dedicate myselft to university work. then I eat dinner at eight at night, sometimes I eat rice with egg.  I go to bed at ten at night, always I enjoy weekends with my family. finally I study english very rarely.

Reviso con regularidad los mensajes de mi tutor dándonos indicaciones de pasos a seguir de nuestras actividades y web conferencias etc., estudie con detalle los temas que se encuentran sugeridos en el E-Book realizando las actividades propuestas en dichos documentos, también participando activamente en el foro de discusión dentro de las fechas estipuladas, sin embargo participe en el foro de rareas, también lo que aprendí de esta actividad fue el uso correcto de los conectores en párrafos y en la realización de un portafolio practico para  nuestra tarea, luego es importante  para nuestra vida personal y profesional, con respecto a la solución de preguntas y a la creación de párrafos. Mi autoevaluación es de 7 .

My name is Lina Coronado, I am single, I am from Tunja, I am 22 years old, I am a salesperson in a stationery store, and I am studying Business Administration at UNAD, In my free time, I like to prefer to watch television, or sometimes to go out play soccer with my family.

I live in Tunja and I am going to tell you about this great city. Tunja is a tourist city, and there are many museums that can be visited, as well as our wonders such as the Pila del Mono, the Plaza de Bolívar as well as Cojines del Zaque to see its incredible places.

The main celebrations in Tunja are the feast of Nuestra Señora del Milagro designed by Colombian Air Force, in addition, on July 20th people usually celebrate Colombia's birthday with parades. But our visitors can also taste our gastronomic delights such as the Cocido Boyacense prepared with cubios, chuguas, broad beans, corn, chicken and peas. Also, the Picadas Runtanas that are delicious and are prepared with stuffing, sausage, Creole potato, arepa, wrapped and pork rinds.

In my city, visitors can go to historical places, enjoy our typical foods, visit churches and the different museums that are in the city.

Reflexión
Realizo prácticas de los ejercicios propuestos en nuestro contenido e-Book, participe en el foro activamente dentro de los tiempos estipulados dando a conocer mis aportes y realizando las respectivas correcciones, dedique el tiempo necesario para mi encuentro sincrónico con mi tutora para obtener un buen resultado, sin embargo estos encuentros nos ayudan a sentirnos más seguros para tener una buena expresión oral en inglés. Tiene un gran aporte a mi vida profesional ya que el inglés es una herramienta fundamental para nuestro crecimiento personal e intelectual.
