The scientific revolution would be considered as a turning point because it introduced new technology (Telescope) that is used to discover the theories of outer space, but before the scientific revolution people used their beliefs and ideas and how god had controlled their way of thinking and a great example would be the Church where they tell the people tales and myths of how things turned out. The scientific revolution had changed the way people think about the physical world. Not only that, the Scientific Revolution influenced the development of the Enlightenment values of individualism because it demonstrated the power of the human mind.

The scientific revolution is a good example of a turning point in Global History, because of how usually everything that was asked was about religion but because of the discovery of gravity or the directions of the stars helps with seeing how the world was made. Also the research of bacteria can help with learning about the disease or the matter being examined.

The scientific revolution is a good example of a turning point because new discoveries and understanding of the natural world will lead to new technology and development which can greatly change a population's way of living, for ex. medical discoveries affects on treatment. This new understanding also made it so people relied less on religion for answers and more on science, which affects the power of the church.

People believed this because it was seen with the naked eye and most believed the Church authorities opinion. The turning point was Galileo's invention of the telescope, later learned that the Earth was revolving around the sun. People now changed their perspective since their is valid evidence with the use of the telescope since they can see for themselves.
